 |  | WHO I AM |  | Yannick Picard is a bilingual Toronto-based Sutton Group Realtor® who genuinely loves matching great people with fantastic homes. While downtown condos are his specialty, this sales representative is well-versed with the offerings of several neighbourhoods – including some of his favourites like Riverdale/Leslieville, High Park, Bloor West Village, the Danforth and Regent Park. Yannick’s clients, many of whom are first-time buyers and sellers, appreciate his friendly, patient and detailed approach during this important moment in their lives.
Before becoming a real estate sales representative in 2005, Yannick managed and provided client relations for several Fortune 100 accounts at telecom and financial service companies. He earned a degree in Social Science with Mathematics in Montreal prior to moving to Toronto in 2000. As a former army brat, Yannick has called a number of cities throughout Canada and Europe home and as a result, loves Toronto’s multicultural wealth.
When not working with his clients, Yannick enjoys finding new brunch spots around town (recommendations welcome!) and hitting Cherry Beach with his ridiculously endearing four-year old Boxer, Layla.
